On waiting πŸ‘✅πŸ₯Ί

that's my queuing number in the hospital, I was hoping to meet a respiratory specialist but soon gave up because I needed to get back to work πŸ˜”πŸ˜’

Sleep deprives - "coughing"
I have been unwell for two weeks straight now. I felt physically weak due to coughing too much πŸ˜“ I would want to take a break but couldn't since I have a lot of things to finish: deadlines after deadlines. I have written two papers and prepared one presentation for my mba classes and on top of that, I needed to wrap up this semester for my teaching classes in the Foundation/Bachelor (yep! overlapping due dates)
It's all by God's grace that I am being sustained every day. I pray to get better in the next days to come. I will take some few days off just to recuperate.

On waiting..
So this afternoon after my class, I went to the hospital and was hoping to meet a respiratory specialist. I waited for more than an hour. I was seated side by side with different people who might even be sicker than me. They were waiting even longer. Since I only ask two-hour permission at work, I had to give in/surrender my number to the next person. I needed to go back to the university. I hope by tomorrow morning I would be able to line up again ✌

came back just on time!

Speaking of waiting, I remembered James 1:3-4 encourages faith testing to develop endurance, stating that when fully developed, one will be perfect and complete, lacking nothing.

God wants us to understand that waiting is not a helpless, passive process. Scripture actually tells us that God wants us to take an active role in the task he intends to get done. Strategic waiting can help us develop positive traits like endurance, patience, and tenacity.
