Pray , Care, Share

Happy Friday 💕😅

It’s all by God’s grace we have survived the week.

We are actually busy at the university- students' research presentations then organizing an event called Songkran for Khmer new year back to back assignment for my MBA modules hehe 😜 can't wait for holidays 😭😅 just fighting! 😜🙏

my last class today.. hurray!gasping for some air before doing MBA write ups!

Just finished one of my Communication Skills class (Research Presentations)

The verse today reminds me of God’s command for us to tell and share the good news.

I know it’s quite challenging to do this- it’s too awkward to share my faith but take heart. We could ask Jesus for courage to do it just obey first and be ready if we would be given that opportunity that’s why it's important that we always tune into his words and pray to Him daily so we would have the power and that cultivated passion to share.

Some tips that my husband and I have learned before sharing the gospel would be:

Pray - to intentionally pray for a specific person and good opportunity to introduce Christ

Care - it works if you just show love and kindness to these people you are praying for. If they know they could trust and rely on you that’s a good opportunity.

Example:

a. Showing support to your neighbor when they are starting a business (like Milk tea shop)

b. A coworker that needs wise advise on family problems (relationship, finances, health etc..)

c. Being friendly and intently listening to the hair dresser who does your hair in the salon.

d. Treating a Tuktuk driver kindly

e. Giving smile and be ready for chitchats to an auntie in the park

f. Pick up the trash bin that a neighboring dog has messed up

Share - once relationships established and confidence have been built that’s when we could share! It's a no brainer that people would be interested to listen and know our own experiences (testimonies) because one way or another - these experiences might even be similar with what they are going through. The key is our testimonies would be relatable to connect with theirs.

*it’s not always all the time they would already accept Christ - rejection would happen and sometimes it will take time. Just be patient on them and surrender to God. He will do the rest 💕🙏

We are actually equipped to Pray, Care, and Share.

The method to pray for unbelievers, perform deeds of kindness, and share the gospel and using our own testimonies with the unbelievers are powerful tools to win them for Christ.
