Happy Sunday!
Our devotion this morning talked about our matchless King... I was listening while Vandy took the turn to read it over breakfast. I'm so overwhelm on that truth! my Lord and Savior is indeed an incomparable God :D It amazes me that even the tiniest details/unnoticed things speak about Jesus and His greatness.. awesome!
Our nephew Piseth is officially staying with us. He's studying in one of the universities here in Phnom Penh and would like to become a lawyer someday. It's going to be a very new environment for him, but I'm praying that he will be adjusted soon. So far, he's already praying with us before meal times and listening to our morning devotion. It's great that hubby made some rules on "language usage" in the house... Monday to Friday we will all speak in English, and on weekends everyone will need to speak in Khmer... (good luck for me!) yay or nay!?
Piseth is a nice nephew, it's a good thing he can speak and understand English, so it's easy to communicate. Actually, I'm amazed because he's a homebody like us.. he can go somewhere and we don't limit him to do that because he has his own ride (moto). He chooses to go straight home every after his class and have a conversation with uncle Vandy :D He is a very genius+techie guy I tell you! we never really enjoyed using our I-pad since we had it. It was an easy decision for us to sell it to him. After only a day, Piseth made lots of improvement and updated some programs.. now it's a wonder!
We are praying that Piseth will learn and see Jesus through us. It will be his first time to join our worship service this afternoon. I hope that he will be blessed. Praying for his salvation.
Praising God for a "morning sickness" - free today! hurray!
So far no nausea and sleepy feeling. I'm pretty sure it will continue till this afternoon..
I have already started talking to my baby (at 6 weeks!) crazy! I know... I know... the baby won't be able to hear me yet at this time.. just trying and just love the feeling! even Vandy would always put his hands on my tummy and talks on it... "How's our Ezra today? Hope you are having enough rest... Help mommy to be well..ok?"
What's for lunch?
I will be cooking "pinakbet" for lunch later, praying it will turn out well. My "ginisang mungo" didn't become a star last night, the veggies were overcooked! Hubby had so many "kwento" (stories) on his MBA first day.. ha! he's class will finish at 2pm and would be able to eat late lunch.
Ok, so it's time to cook now... will try to write again... Blessings!
